What comes to our mind when we talk of a healthy person? A one with a giant, beefy body or the one with a lusty, vigorous accent? 

A misconception that most of us are used to is- ‘The Big The Person Looks, The Healthier He Is! ’ which is absolutely wrong. A heavy body never suggests that a person is actually healthy. Today, when the entire world is in the race of modernizing its lifestyle, it becomes a necessity to take some time out of our busy schedule and observe the diet we've been taking recklessly for the past few years. If every single person started to relate his diet with the kind of impact it is having on our health, the world would definitely be out of the chaos.

Health is a major concern for the youth of today which is to be noticed, focused, maintained and prepped in a proper manner. To be very concise with the words and due to lack of education people relate health to the food that we eat. 

But it is not only the food that can be subjected to health but the kind of environment we are living in and also the kind of ease and comfort we are giving to our body. It is very important for the people of any and every age to maintain a good lifestyle and proper eating habits which includes appropriate drinking of water, a healthy sleep, regular workouts, intense meditation and fresh eating. 

We as humans, living on earth are well aware of the increasing rate of diseases and viruses attacking us on a very frequent basis. Today when most of us are educated and know the importance of a healthy diet and environment in our life we are cells switching to a more comfortable and modernised way of living since it is a foolish act. But we as humans are always in a rat race to complete the others living in our society without even thinking about the outcomes of our actions which is again a pointless pursuit. 

We must keep a regular check on the following aspects to ensure that we are leading a healthy lifestyle:

  1. A regular body checkup. 
  2. Say no to drugs and alcohol. 
  3. Lower sugar and fat intake. 
  4. Introduce water in your diet. 
  5. Walk daily for half an hour. 
  6. Don’t Oversleep. 
  7. Don’t overeat. 
  8. Minimize the screen time. 
  9. Try to remain happy. 
  10. Make meditation a part of your daily schedule
